Our home is block built in 1960. It has never had central air. We want to have a heat pump unit installed, however we have to have the house upgraded to 220 and anything else needed to support the outside unit and indoor air handler.

Power went out yeterdayfor our entire area. Power came back on this morning. However, only some of the outlets are currently working. I have reset all of the breakers multiple times. No change. I have some outlet power, but no lights. Very strange. I am not sure if the breaker box was damaged at the time of the power outage. We have had no problems with it in the past. It is old, the push type breakers. I need to get the power working again to all parts of the house.

We blew a fuse last night. Usually we can re-set the circuit breaker, but now it will not re-set after about 12 hours. We have no power in the upstairs bathrooms and the master bedroom.
